Who Are We?

A little bit about us
Formed in 2009 and benefiting from a substantial overhaul in 2015, MicroLight are a young, highly regarded and talented indie rock band based out of Yeovil, Somerset and are available now to book for gig nights, private functions, weddings.
 
MicroLight combine a mix of classic modern cover tracks, with some top quality song writing of their own.
 
The boys have built up a wealth of gigging experience through the bars, pubs and clubs of the South West, and put on a stunning show wherever they play. Specialising in a wide range of covers from artists such as the Arctic Monkeys, Catfish and the Bottlemen, Coldplay, Kings of Leon, Oasis, Red Hot Chili Peppers and The 1975 the boys are available for bookings for gig nights, private functions and weddings.

What Do We Play?

We pride ourselves on a quality, diverse set list which can meet nearly all tastes. We play everything from the most modern rock from the likes of Muse, Two Door Cinema Club and 1975 to classics from the likes of Rolling Stones, The Who and Undertones.

Modern Indie Rock – We pride ourselves on keeping our set list up to date with the latest and greatest modern bands. Our set list includes covers from the likes of Catfish and the Bottlemen, The 1975 and Two Door Cinema Club.

Pop with a Difference – What really sets MicroLight apart is our covers that nobody else plays! We include rocked up covers from the likes of Kate Nash, Gotye and McFly in our set.

Classic Oldies –  No wedding is complete with our a range of classic oldies. Our set includes covers from the likes of Rolling Stones, Undertones and The Who.
